The
first step of working together is to have a preliminary
meeting, at which we would seek to understand your
issues and challenges. From that session, we will
either withdraw (if we believe we can’t
assist you), seek to meet others in your organisation
(if appropriate) or move to a proposed solution for
you.
For us to deliver meaningful, long-term behavioural
change in your sales team, we will need to establish
a long-term relationship. Of course we recognise
that this is not always an appropriate way to get
started, and so we are happy to work in whatever
way suits you.
