We take responsibility for all aspects of each academy, managing course content, venues, trainers and delegates. Learning is based on a blended mix of classroom and online content, administered through a bespoke Learning Management System (LMS) for each client.

Each broker employee is provided with two days of training per year. One day focuses on industry developments, including products, regulatory and legislative change. The other is a free choice from a catalogue of sales, service, marketing, HR and other skills training courses. We also provide training on new processes and systems. As brokers are now FCA regulated, we have launched a series of compliance e-learning courses: anti-money laundering, bribery & corruption, Data Protection Act, Consumer Credit Act and treating customers fairly.
We deliver over 1,500 delegate days of training each year, with an average feedback of 96%.
