It is usually based on static content, built in powerpoint, which is ineffective and not even that cheap. Proper live action video works much better and can be great to watch, but it is eye-wateringly expensive.

chameleon provides white-label training academies for its clients, offering broad catalogues of training courses to large populations of delegates.

We take responsibility for all aspects of each academy, managing course content, venues, trainers and delegates. Learning is based on a blended mix of classroom and online content, administered through a bespoke Learning Management System (LMS) for each client.

network-leaseLeasePlan is one of the world’s largest vehicle leasing companies. In the UK its operations include an indirect sales channel with 100 franchised brokers and a total population of some 800 employees.

Each broker employee is provided with two days of training per year. One day focuses on industry developments, including products, regulatory and legislative change. The other is a free choice from a catalogue of sales, service, marketing, HR and other skills training courses. We also provide training on new processes and systems. As brokers are now FCA regulated, we have launched a series of compliance e-learning courses: anti-money laundering, bribery & corruption, Data Protection Act, Consumer Credit Act and treating customers fairly.

We deliver over 1,500 delegate days of training each year, with an average feedback of 96%.

We set out to change the way that the broker market works in the UK, focusing hard on improving the profitability and professionalism of our franchisee network – driving up volumes and protecting our brand at the same time. Training is a key part of this strategy, though even we are surprised at how successful it has been. Many of our brokers were sceptical about mandatory training courses, for which they have to pay, but you should see the feedback now. We have grown our fleet very substantially in the UK in the last two years, thanks in no small part to chameleon and their efforts on our behalf.
